1. Appointments
All spa treatments require an appointment, which can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure a relaxed start to your experience.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service.
3. Payments
Payments can be made at the time of booking or upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gift cards or promotional codes must be presented at the time of payment.
4. Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before their treatment. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience.
5. Personal Belongings
Blissful Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend leaving valuables at home or securing them in provided lockers.
6. Liability
Blissful Spa is not liable for injuries or adverse reactions resulting from treatments if accurate health information is not disclosed by the client.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
